Abstract
The results of experimental investigation of diffusion properties of the rowan (Sorbus aucuparia L.) are given in the article. The data on moisture absorption kinetics of the extragent by solid phase particles and the particle size changes in extraction process are obtained. The numerical data of diffusion coefficient are determined. On the basis of obtained results the unknown parameters of the mathematical model of the process can be identified.Keywords
