Abstract
The possibility of increasing the selenium content in the grain of wheat cultivated in the conditions of the Keme-rovo region are shown. The factors that influence the quality of grain and the content of selenium in it have been ana-lyzed. The preservation of selenium in the process of storage has been studied. The technology of cultivation of wheat with high content of selenium has been developed based on the received results.Keywords
