Abstract
Food behavior of elementary, middle and senior forms pupils of Yekaterinburg is considered. The authors car-ried out the assessment of the actual nutrition of school children. The main food preferences, the satisfaction degree with all types of food, the extent of providing with hot meals are studied. The analysis of staple food products consumption in comparison with physiological norms is carried out.Keywords
