Abstract
Lactase (β-galactosidase) is an enzyme of hydrolases class, catalyzing the splitting of lactose in the alimentary canal into galactose and lactulose. In our country, the production of low lactose dairy products and medicines to make up the deficiency of lactose is absent. Their production is a promising direction. In this regard, the analysis of microor-ganisms producing β-galactosidase enzyme is carried out. The conclusion based on the results obtained will be used in further studies.Keywords
