Abstract
The paper considers the design, manufacture and storage of non-alcoholic beverages «Spritzers» based on «Karachinskaya» mineral water. The characteristics of the raw materials and the finished product are given. Defined are the qualitative composition of organic acids and their changes during storage. Developed are the soft drinks recipes and technology, and technical documentation.Keywords
