Аннотация
The data on the total phenolic index assay with the Folin-Ciocalteu reagent in juice production semis: juice concentrates (bilberry, blackberry, black-current, grape, cranberry, cowberry, raspberry, cherry, strawberry), puree (apple, apricot, peach) and orange concentrates (WESOS, frozen, aseptic) as well as their antiradical activity with static and dynamic method with DPPH reagent (2,2’-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) are shown in the article
