Works of science (scientific papers) are protected by international and Russian copyright laws. A work of science is a result of intellectual activity and a subject matter of copyright. Its author (co-authors) is an individual who created this work of science.

To simplify the interaction between the author (co-authors) and the publisher, please send a PDF version of the copyright transfer agreement (SmithJ_Agreement.pdf) together with the manuscript. The contract must be legible and signed by all the authors (co-authors, rightholders).
You can download the form of the contract in Russian and English from the website of the Journal. This contract is a contract of adhesion.

Please note that the contract comes into force only after your manuscript has been accepted for publication. If your article has been rejected by the Editorial Board, the contract automatically expires. The decision whether to accept a manuscript for publication or not is the exclusive right of the Editorial Board. By signing the agreement, the authors guarantee that they have familiarized themselves and agree with its conditions.
